(1) Survey and setting out.
Survey and set middle stakes. One stake is set every 20m in straight line section and one stake every 10m in flat curve section, and indicator stakes are set outside the edges of shoulders on both sides, as shown in Figure 2. Mark the virtual paving height of cement soil edge with obvious marks on the indicator pile.
(2) Earthwork paving.
After the original ground, cement mixing pile and gravel replacement are accepted, restore the middle pile and side piles on both sides, detect the elevation of the base, and draw the center line, side line and soil distribution grid on the base with lime line (Fig. 3). The virtual paving thickness is calculated according to the measured virtual paving coefficient, and the compaction thickness is controlled as 20cm. Calculate the size of soil distribution grid according to the size of soil truck.
Make elevation control points after rough leveling by bulldozer, and then fine level with grader to sort out outlet arch and cross slope, as shown in Figure 4. After leveling, the water content of plain soil shall be detected in time and controlled as 2% higher than the optimal water content. Then, check whether the water content of soil is uniform and meets the requirements, and enter the next process after it is qualified. When the water content is too low, the water truck shall be used for water replenishment adjustment. When the water content is large, open it for drying.
(4) Spread cement.
The powder spreader is used for cement distribution, as shown in Figure 5. Before spreading, the cement spreading amount per square meter needs to be calculated according to the cement dose, and then the driver only needs to input the cement spreading amount and spreading width per square meter in the vehicle controller. After input, the vehicle control system automatically calculates relevant parameters and starts uniform distribution.
After the cement distribution is completed, the cold recycling mixer is used for mixing, as shown in Figure 6. The mixing shall be carried out from both sides to the middle. The mixing speed shall be 1 ~ 3.3km/h, and the mixing times shall not be less than once until the mixing is uniform. During the mixing process, a person shall be arranged to check whether the mixing depth meets the requirements at any time. Check the water content after mixing. If the water content meets the requirements, the color of the mixture is uniform, there is no ash strip, ash mass and flower surface, and there is no "nest or belt" of coarse and fine particles, the mixing is qualified. At the same time, EDTA titration method is used to quickly determine the cement dose. If the amount of cement is insufficient, the cement shall be added, titrated again until the cement dose meets the requirements of greater than or equal to 4%, and then remixed to meet the requirements.
During mixing, check the water content of the mixture in time. The water content should be slightly greater than the optimum water content by 1 ~ 2 percentage points. If the water content of the mixture is insufficient, use the sprinkler to wet it.
After the cement soil is mixed evenly, the road roller shall be used to quickly roll the foundation surface once to expose the potential unevenness, as shown in Figure 7. Then use the grader for fine leveling. Each leveling shall be carried out according to the requirements of fine leveling. Special attention shall be paid to the leveling of joints to make the joints smooth and flat.
