冷再生技術在公路路面車輛行駛的作用下和自然因素的影響下,會發生很多公路病害,常見的有:坑槽、車轍、波浪、松散、沉陷、啃邊、翻漿等幾種。

1、路面坑槽和車轍是各個季節中路面時常出現的現象,原因是除平時養護不夠,或路面鋪筑時操作質量不好,經過行車碾壓發生變形。這兩種情況出現時,應及時按工序處理。
1. Pavement pit and rutting are the common phenomena of pavement in various seasons. The reason is that the maintenance is not enough at ordinary times, or the operation quality of pavement paving is not good, and the deformation occurs after rolling by driving. When these two situations occur, they should be handled according to the working procedure in time.
2、路面波浪是由于路面鋪筑質量不好,養護不善,在行車荷載作用下,產生有規則的起伏,形似"搓板",不但影響車速,而且加快車輛結構厚度過薄,路面材料顆粒偏細,粘結料不足,施工時拌和不均勻,碾壓不密實等情況都容易產生。
2. Pavement wave is due to poor pavement quality and poor maintenance. Under the action of driving load, it produces regular fluctuation, which is like "washboard". It not only affects the speed, but also speeds up the speed. The thickness of vehicle structure is too thin, the particles of pavement material are too fine, the binder is insufficient, the mixing is uneven during construction, and the rolling is not dense.
3、路面松散是在天氣干旱時發生,主要是由于鋪筑路面時粘土料含量少,塑性指數低,材料拌和與分布不均勻,碾壓不實,或平時養護工作做得不夠造成的。此外,由于冰凍翻漿,經和車碾壓,路面隆起開裂也將形成松散。
3. Pavement looseness occurs when the weather is dry. It is mainly caused by less clay content, low plasticity index, uneven mixing and distribution of materials, poor compaction, or insufficient maintenance. In addition, due to frost boiling and rolling by truck, the road surface will become loose due to uplift and cracking.

4、沉陷是路基本身強度不足引起的,當大型車輛行駛到路面上,如其強度不足就會出現坑槽,車轍既深且多,或破壞面積很大且深達基層;或路面沉陷過劇,路基翻漿嚴重等情況,須進行局部或整段大修。

5、路面啃邊是由于養護不周,路肩缺土或路肩被水沖刷,車輛碾壓沉陷和沒及時填土養護,經車輛先靠邊行駛、碾壓造成的。出現啃邊后應及時補救以免擴大,否則將來既耗材又費力。

6、公路路基翻漿的形成是因公路大多都建在靠近農村和團場的農田地帶,就是不靠農田的公路,農田冬季灌溉滲入路基底部,隨著毛細水的上升,路基土層受水浸透而凍結。待春暖化凍時,路基土層內的水由上而下化解,化解的水繼續向下滲透,如果路基土層屬于透水性良好的材料,對路面不會產生在太大的影響,但在鹽堿地帶的路基,如果材料的透水性不好,在行車反復碾壓下,路面出現"彈簧"現象,這種狀況大部分出現在每年的2月底,嚴重阻礙交通,導致翻車、阻車,給公路運輸造成的危害很大。
6. The formation of Highway Subgrade Frost Boiling is due to the fact that most of the highways are built in the farmland area near the rural areas and regimental farms, that is, the highways that do not rely on farmland. The farmland irrigation infiltrates into the base of the road in winter, and with the rise of capillary water, the subgrade soil layer is saturated and frozen. When the spring thaws, the water in the subgrade soil layer is dissolved from top to bottom, and the dissolved water continues to penetrate downward. If the subgrade soil layer is a material with good water permeability, it will not have a great impact on the pavement. However, in the saline alkali zone, if the material has poor water permeability, the pavement will appear "spring" phenomenon under repeated rolling, which mostly occurs in February every year At the end of the month, it seriously obstructs the traffic, leading to car overturning and blocking, causing great harm to highway transportation.
